In digging around, I think your machine is from the same factory as the Jet HVM-728, from the mid 80's, which was a 1hp/1hp horizontal vertical, with a 7" x 28" table. Most probably Taiwan. Very likely a DahLih, as they made most of the Jet Horizontal/Verticals. But now, they make CNC, of course. I bet they havent made any manual mills in 20 years.

The original internal electronic switches and relays had been removed from the machine to make way for a set of VFD drives.
