I have a Burke D2 hand/prodution mill. Serial #6877. It's a 40 taper and is somewhat similar to the one on Mr Campbell's manual. It doesn't have the guard extending down the side. I have yet to get the parts but all that is left is to convert the X-axis to leadscrew and I think I will have a very handy horizontal.
