I almost always have a custom cam ground for most of the engines I build myself. About 20% of the time, I can just use a cam out of the catalog I use Comp Cams to grind all my cam now. I used to use Isky for about 25 years, but after I changed to Comp, mostl, of my engine builds picked up 20 or more HP than when I was unseeing Isky.

At this point it doesn't cost much different to get custom rather than off the shelf, so why not get something that is matched to your engine combination and how you want it to behave ? I would recommend Mike Jones, Jones Cam Design. I came up with 11.7:1 compression using your numbers and .041" x 4.190" gasket.

We can custom grind almost any combination of profiles for the 45-degree engines. We stock many cams for the 39-degree engines. Some of the 65-67 engines had .923 diameter lifters instead of the more standard .842. Be sure you know which ones you have. The .923 lifters are rare but we usually have them in stock.
